At 27'7" long and 12' wide, it offers just over 185 sq. ft. of interior living space, with a bright, open layout that makes the most of every inch.

Inside you'll find a private bedroom, modern bathroom, and a bright, open living area with space for a kitchenette and seating. Full-height sliding glass doors open onto the deck, and an optional rooftop terrace adds even more outdoor living potential.

Built on oversized, robust, foam-filled HDPE pontoons with a galvanized steel catamaran frame, the Modern 9 is powered by a single outboard engine and can be configured for semi- or fully off-grid living, depending on your solar and battery package. Like all Waterlodge models, interior finishes are fully customizable — from flooring and lighting to cabinetry and wall colors.
