This model can be configured with 1 to 4 bedrooms, up to three full bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors create a bright, modern atmosphere, while large exterior decks and an optional rooftop terrace provide even more space to relax or entertain.

Built on oversized, robust, foam-filled HDPE pontoons with a galvanized steel catamaran frame and powered by twin outboards, the Modern 15 can be configured for semi- or fully off-grid living, depending on your solar and battery setup. Like all Waterlodge models, finishes throughout — from cabinetry and flooring to lighting and tile — are fully customizable.
