Each Waterlodge is handcrafted at the La Mare factory in Bydgoszcz, Poland, using premium materials, proven systems, and meticulous European workmanship. Your finished boat is then shipped to the U.S. and delivered turnkey, fully rigged and ready for life on the water.
 

How the Custom Order Process Works

 

1. Choose Your Model & Size

Begin with the model line—Apart or Modern—then select the size that fits your vision. Choose from flexible one-bedroom layouts, expanded two-bedroom designs, optional office configurations, or open-flow entertainment plans.
 

2. Design Your Layout & Build Your Vision

Every Waterlodge can be shaped around how you want to use it.
 
We work with you to customize:

• Bedroom count and location
• Bathroom size and placement
• Living area configuration
• Kitchen layout
• Door locations
• Closet/shelving placements
• Power outlet and lighting placements
• Flex rooms, office spaces, or extra sleeping areas

 
To bring your ideas to life, we provide two design deliverables:
• A Detailed Layout Sketch: We start with a rough structural sketch that reflects your preferred bedroom count, bathroom configuration, kitchen placement, door locations, storage needs, and more. This becomes your working blueprint.
• A Full 3D Rendering Package: You’ll also receive a full 3D rendering of your Waterlodge—allowing you to visualize the interior and exterior from every angle. View the space with depth, scale, and realistic proportions so you can confidently refine details before production begins.
This combination ensures clarity, accuracy, and complete confidence in your design.
 

3. Production in Poland (Approx. 3 Months)

Your Waterlodge then enters production at La Mare’s factory in Bydgoszcz, Poland, where more than 600 boats have been built with consistent craftsmanship and precision. Typical build time is approximately 3 months.
 

4. Shipping to the U.S. (Approx. 1 Month in transit)

Once production is finished, your Waterlodge ships from Poland to the designated U.S port. Shipping typically takes about 1 month, followed by domestic transport to your marina or waterfront site.
 

5. Delivery, Rigging & Orientation

Upon arrival, the Waterlodge team (in partnership with Harborside Marina) handles:

• Full rigging and commissioning
• Transport to your final location
• Utility setup guidance (shore power, water, etc.)
• System checks and testing
• A full, in-depth walkthrough and orientation so you’re fully comfortable with every system onboard

 
Your Waterlodge will be turnkey and ready to enjoy immediately.

Base pricing begins at just over $250,000, depending on model size and selected options.

Payment Schedule

Our milestone-based structure keeps the process simple and predictable:

• $10,000 deposit — reserves your build slot
• 30% — due at the start of production
• 30% — due after electrical, plumbing, insulation, and major interior systems are complete
• 20% — due at time of shipping/transport
• Final balance — due upon arrival/delivery
