The Modern 11 brings together clean European design, thoughtful use of space, and the freedom of true houseboat mobility. At 35'5" long and 13'11" wide, it fits comfortably into most marina slips while still offering a bright, open interior layout that feels larger than its footprint suggests. It’s a versatile choice whether you’re planning weekend escapes, multi-season living, or evaluating a houseboat for rental and guest use.

Inside, owners can configure 1–2 bedrooms, 1–2 bathrooms, and a central lounge and kitchen designed to take advantage of natural light. Finish options across cabinetry, flooring, lighting, countertops, and kitchen layouts allow you to tailor the interior to your style. An optional rooftop terrace adds a dedicated outdoor area for dining, relaxing, or entertaining, extending your living space without increasing the footprint.

Every Modern 11 is built on oversized, foam-filled HDPE pontoons with a galvanized steel catamaran frame, a combination known for strength, longevity, and stability. Add twin outboards for easy maneuvering within a marina and the flexibility to reposition seasonally—something traditional floating homes cannot offer. Climate control upgrades, insulation packages, solar + energy storage options, and cold-weather features help support comfort across a wide range of environments.
